Somatic ADHD Coach
Born and raised in Boise, Idaho, Lindsay Kolpitcke combines personal experience and professional expertise as a Somatic ADHD Coach. With a degree in Mind-Body Transformational Psychology, certifications in Brain, Health, and Life Coaching, and advanced training in somatic therapy and yoga, she takes a holistic approach to supporting individuals with ADHD.
Living with ADHD herself, Lindsay understands the challenges and the untapped potential it brings. She helps clients navigate ADHD by addressing its roots in the nervous system, using tools like mindfulness, movement, and nutrition to foster calm, focus, and resilience.
When she’s not working with clients, Lindsay enjoys exploring nature, practicing yoga, and teaching kids how to connect with their breath and emotions. She believes that self-regulation tools can empower individuals and create a more grounded, compassionate world.
